When: Saturday, August 17 at 9 am.
Packet Pickup: Friday, August 16th 6pm-8pm at Soul Fitt 11515 US-31 Sellersburg, IN 47172. Second floor of the Life Center
Where: Silver Creek Cross Country Course. Park at the Silver Creek Primary School to access the course. Address is 8604 Commerce Park Drive, Sellersburg, IN 47172.
Why: Move for your mental health 5K is to help bring awareness to the benefits of exercise for our mental health. Movement is so good for our minds and one of the most underutilized antidepressants. We want to encourage people to get out and move!
For: Sellersburg Celebrates! A portion of every ticket will go to help support Sellersburg's biggest celebration. This race will be the kick off to the event.
Your purchase includes a ticket for race day & a tee shirt. Must register by July 19th to guarantee a shirt.
Practice the Course
The Silver Creek Cross Country Course is open to the public to run at any time. This is a beautiful course that is maintained by Joe Basham. The map shows the course. Head over there anytime to walk/jog the course. Park at the Silver Creek Primary School, lace up your running shoes, and take a stroll.
