For those who like to wake up and get it out of the way before the day starts, this is your option.
Join her for strength, cardio core classes & begin to transform your fitness. Strength training is her favorite. Let her teach you how to properly strength train.
Choose your morning time of 5:45am or 6:30am Monday-Friday & 6am & 8am on Saturdays.
COACH KAYLA
From instructor to owner, if you prefer working out after work, Coach Kayla is your girl.. She loves all things strength training and will teach you exactly what you need to know to properly gain muscle. You will also find her occasionally letting out some aggression in a cardio kick class!
You will find Coach Kayla at the studio at 4:45 pm & 5:30 pm on Tuesday - Friday & check out Barbell 45 on Saturdays at 7am, Laps/Ladders with Coach Jasmine at 8am.
COACH ERICA
Our founder & cardio queen, she loves all things cardio.
Dance parties, cardio kick, step class. Loud music and heart pumping beats is her favorite way to workout. Consider this your mental release of the week. This is the time to escape from the busyness of life and enjoy some weekly self care.
Most often you will find her coaching on Monday at 4:45 pm & 5:30 pm.
