What is Soul 75?

We know that you’ve heard of 75 hard / soft. But here at Soul Fitt, we are taking it to a different level with Soul 75.Â
We will still follow some of the requirements from the original 75 hard. The major difference from the original 75 hard is that you will have daily small group trainings instead of doing everything on your own.
Your coaches have attempted 75 hard by theirselves and when creating the Soul 75 Challenge, they realized why they both failed.
They were missing the accountability and community.
You will be held accountable by not only the community Soul Fitt brings but by one of our coaches.

Soul 75?

1. Follow a nutrition plan & no alcohol.
2. 100 oz of water per day.Â
3. Two 30 minute workouts per day. (Outside & Inside.)Â
4. 10 pages of personal development/ non fiction per day.Â
5. Gratitude journal .
6. Weekly Progress pictures + weekly check in at gym on social media.Â

During Soul 75, you’ll learn how to rely on your discipline muscle vs. motivation. The difference is, you have your Coaches & community to hold you accountable.Â
