After enduring years trapped in life's monotonous cycle, we decided to break free from the chains. We sold everything we had, took the bold step of purchasing an RV, and set off on a transformative journey as a family to Awaken.
Ever heard the phrase "your mess is your message"? That's precisely why we created Awaken. Following society's expectations, we had been chasing material possessions, working tirelessly, and neglecting our loved ones, losing the spark in our marriage, and becoming overwhelmed and stressed.
Depression and addiction battled us for many years until we realized it was time for a change. As our second child was about to be born, we knew we had to show them a different way of living.
God dropped the word "Awaken" into my heart, signifying the need to rise from our slumber-like existence. Life felt like a continuous sleepwalk, and it was time to wake up.
With over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry, I deeply understand the significance of mental health in overall well-being. Now, my mission is to help other women Awaken and embrace the life God has waiting for them.
