Sculpt & Tone: A class focused on toning the muscles using barbells, dumbbells, and body weight. Soul Funk: A dance party that is sure to get your heart rate high and your spirits lifted. Cardio Kick: Kicks, punches, sweat, and cardio. Yoga: A guided practice focused on stretching the muscles, balancing the body, and restoring the mind. Pound: A rockstar workout utilizing weighted drumsticks, lots of squats, fun music, and pounding out some stress on the mat. All of our classes can be modified to any level from beginner to advanced. Our trained instructors will help you get a great workout whether this is your first class or you are a 20 year fitness guru.
